More Laughing

Here are a few random things that make Sophie laugh...usually not to be repeated again after a minute.  And yes, the sound you hear in the one video is what you think you hear.  classy all the way :P

 

Starting to Laugh More

Sophie is starting to respond more to things and smile and laugh a little.  She was really laughing the other day while looking in mirror at the both of us, but we didn't get it on camera.  Here she is laughing alittle bit, but still hoping to be able to get that belly laugh she did previously.  I'm sure soon enough she won't stop, but it's so cute right now bc she doesn't do it that frequently and not long ago she definitely wouldn't have done this.

 

Little Piece....

We've known now for a while that Caleb is a very smart and verbal little boy.  He started saying something over Thanksgiving and has adapted it to other situations.  His cousins were enjoying some soda with their meal and Caleb wanted some as well.  He said "Caleb try...little bit"  and kept repeating the little bit part.   The best part about it was the hand gesture he did with it.  I got this little ditty yesterday, but he adapted it to "little piece" for some more goldfish.  I will translate for you now... the first words you hear him say in the video is "Ask"- not what you think you might be hearing. :)  He is still getting over his cold and has a stuffy nose, so some letters don't really come through.  Enjoy!

 

Thanksgiving

We headed to Durham for the day to have Thanksgiving with the Wang family.  Here are some pictures from the day, in no particular order.

Dress Up

We had our first session of photography with Sophie and Caleb today.  Here is a sneak peak at their outfits and some wonderful smiles from Sophie (of course these all came after the photographer left and she took a nap ;) ).

 Caleb wanted to take some pictures...I think this one turned out well.  Now, there were like 20 others that didn't focus or look at anything. :)

Fall Fun

Caleb enjoyed some traditional fall fun and played in a leaf pile that Sean was raking up.   Afterwards he started picking off the dead flowers from some of the bushes and said he was planting sunflower seeds.  His imagination and mind are expanding more and more everyday.

 

Big Girl-Wants to Sit up and Stand Already

Sophie already seems to want to sit up and stand up.  While she has a ways to go, this little girl already wants to get moving and be a big kid.  She also slept through the night for the 1st time last night.  Step by Step she's maturing and growing and she's only 3 months old!

3 Months Old

Today Sophie is 3 months old.  We've been wating for this time, as she is getting more and more settled and happy everyday,  Our little girl is growing up fast!

Monkeys!!!

Caleb was nice and shared his treasured monkeys with Sophie yesterday.  I think she liked them. Just wait until she starts to try to take them on her own. ;)
